Spencer is a Barred Owl. Barred Owls are common in suburban areas and are often quite vocal, even during the day. Their distinctive call sounds like the mnemonic “Who cooks for you? Who cooks for you all?” Spencer came to RAPTOR Inc. in 2014 after being transferred from the Medina Raptor Center. He was rescued as an adult with right eye blindness.
